5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from us. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to eligible addresses within Canada.
Orders are normally processed within 1â2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3â5 business days after shipment unless otherwise stated.
Delivery estimates may be affected by severe weather, public holidays, remote destinations, carrier interruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. We cover reasonable return-shipping costs when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, potentially unsafe, or materially misdescribed.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsafe Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or potentially unsafe, stop using it and contact us promptly.
We may request the order number, product information, photographs, or videos. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, return label, safety instructions, or another appropriate remedy.
10. Recalls
We do not knowingly sell products subject to an active safety recall.
If we become aware of a recall or material safety concern affecting a product we sold, we may contact customers and provide instructions about stopping use, returning, repairing, replacing, or disposing of the product.
Recall and safety remedies are not restricted by the ordinary 30-day return period.
