Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship to eligible addresses within Canada.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment unless another timeframe is clearly displayed on the product or checkout page.

Carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, remote destinations, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

30-Day Returns

Customers may request a return for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. We cover reasonable return-shipping costs when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, potentially unsafe, or materially different from its description.

Our approved return address is the same as our shipping address.
